Shipping Policy

 Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders may vary and can up take several weeks.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by e-mail if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Upgrades are offered to both the US and foreign countries. Overnight shipping is only available in the US. 

Cancellations

Please contact us at info@vivacedancewear.com as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that any changes can be made, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost Mail & Damages

Vivace Dancewear is not responsible for any lost packages or damages due to shipping and handling. If you fail to receive your package, please contact us with proof (e.g. tracking number) and we will see if we can file a claim with the post office. 

International Shipping Policy

Prices are shown in US dollars. We offer a currency converter to quickly check prices. However, we recommend using a currency converter that is up to date with the current conversion rates. 

We ship worldwide with the exception to Germany due to new laws placed concerning packing materials. 

The buyer or recipient of the merchandise is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be imposed by the destination. Vivace Dancewear is not responsible for any fees or complications that may occur. Please check your countries' policy for more information. Due to customs, there may be a delay in estimated delivery dates.

Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
