After becoming frustrated with the lack of beautiful skirts available, we started making our own! 

At Vivace Dancewear, we take pride in being able to say that every single product is completely handmade. There is not a single machine in sight; All seams are handsewn and never surged. 

After spending countless hours designing and going through several rolls of paper, we can confidently say that we have crafted skirts that move with you and elevate your dancing.

Our skirts use much more fabric than store-bought skirts so they flow with your movements and fan out when you turn. The tie is made from a cotton bias tape instead of ribbon because we’ve found that ribbon slips and unties easily. The cotton tie lets you tie it in the middle, right or left. The cotton ties have enough friction to stay put for hours of rehearsal and are matte so they photograph beautifully!
