Orders ship from Southern California. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. If you need an item shipped out sooner, please contact us or check out the different shipping options offered.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by e-mail if there is a significant delay.

Yes we do with the exception of the United Kingdom and Germany. Please be aware that you may have to pay duties and/or taxes on top of your order, which Vivace Dancewear is not responsible for. 

For domestic shipments, we offer: Standard Shipping (3-5 business days), Express (1-2 business days).

For international shipments, we offer USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International, UPS Express, and UPS Worldwide Saver.

Please message us if other shipping methods are desired.

Vivace Dancewear does not cover any duties or taxes. You are liable for any and all import fees that may occur due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please note that Vivace Dancewear has no control over duties and taxes. They are imposed by the country your order is shipped to. To find out the cost of import fees, we recommend contacting your local postal office for more information. 

     We accept returns within 30 days of delivery and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. Dates of delivery are based on the tracking provided by the carrier. Please contact us if there is a flaw with the merchandise upon arrival with photos detailing the issues. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving and processing the refund. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will receive a refund on shipping in the form of a flat rate amount of $5.00.

Any of the following indicates that an item is unable to be returned:

• Gift cards

• Items without the tag attached 

• Custom orders

• Any damaged, altered, or washed items

• The return request is 15 days after the delivery date

• The exchange request is 15 days after the delivery date

• All Final Sale items

     If there is an issue with your custom order, please let us know and we will work to resolve it. If you received a skirt as a gift, and you'd like to exchange it, please contact us for more details.

A request for an exchange must be made within 15 days of delivery. The exchange can take place within 30 days of delivery. 

To start an exchange, email us at info@vivacedancewear.com, letting us know what you are exchanging. After your exchange has been approved, please send your skirt to the address below. Upon arrival of the item(s) that is sent to us, we will ship out your new item(s). 

Vivace Dancewear is NOT responsible for any shipping fees that may apply for the return of your skirt. However, you will NOT be charged for shipping for the new item(s).

     Returns or exchanges are not free. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, you will not be charged again for the new product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

     If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We hold an annual sale of 15% off sitewide during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

    The size chart is in measurements as we do not have a traditional size guide. If you have any questions about a skirt's measurements or need help with sizing,  you can contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

     Inventory will be updated daily to reflect current stock. Our fabric is mostly purchased as deadstock fabric. This allows us to be more environmentally conscious in our fabric selection, and means that some patterns are only around for a limited time. While we try to restock popular items, there is no guarantee they will make a return. 

     Yes, however we cannot guarantee that every product will be able to be customized. Please contact us with details of what you'd like and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. 

     Our skirts will be made from either polyester chiffon or georgette. Anything else will be noted in the product description. Since we buy most of our fabric in deadstock, we may not be able to give you the exact make-up of the fabric.
