Returns & Exchanges
We have extended our return and exchange policy from 15 days to 30 days for orders placed in March and onward. We understand that you may not be able to send out your package within this timeframe. You can contact us at info@vivacedancewear.com to let us know and we'll keep a record of your intended return or exchange.
Domestic Shipments
All orders are being processed and shipped as usual. All expedited shipping guarantees have been suspended until further notice. If you purchased an upgraded shipping rate, you will be refunded for shipping overages once your package has been dispatched. There may be unexpected delays due to safety measures implemented by postal offices.
International Shipments
Vivace Dancewear is continuing to accept all international orders with restrictions. Any international order placed on or after April 12, 2020, will be placed on hold until we can ship your order. You will be sent an email before we ship your order to confirm if you would like your package to be sent at that time or to be held until a later date. This will ensure that all international packages will arrive safely and in a timely matter.
